Independent family business

ADV PAX Lutec GmbH is an owner-managed family business. The company was founded in 2004 by Elzina Kukavica and has grown steadily ever since. Our team works and acts as a family. In addition, there are four Kukavica's working in the company: Elzina and Edin Kukavica, the managing directors, owners and spouses, as well as their children Alma and Almir Kukavica.

Our responsibility

Our aim is to operate in harmony with nature. We use resources effectively and make the best possible use of our labour. We try to waste as little as possible because, as a family business, the next generation has always been a key concern for us.

With our company environmental policy, we commit ourselves to how we want to organise our work for the environment.

We prioritise our work for the environment - namely climate protection, resources and compliance. Tinplate cans are 100% recyclable and therefore the ideal packaging.

Our basic principles are based on our high quality standards.

The quality of our products is our top priority. We therefore carry out regular quality checks in all areas. Our cans are cleaned and checked by hand after production before they are packaged. The cans are also checked again here at our site in Germany before they are dispatched.

Employees

A company is only as good as its employees. With a total of approx. 15 employees in Germany and approx. 500-600 employees in China (depending on the season), ADV is now a global player and one of the market leaders in tinplate can production in Europe. We achieve our goals together.
